Still Swimming

I have been on this journey and it does not end, maybe it is not supposed to.

With you my Lord I am now swimming, yet still you do not let me drown.

I am with you, you are with me.

I in you, you in me.

Amen

Faith does not fade...

For six weeks now I have felt sick, not sure what the problem maybe.

Faith does not falter for o my Lord I pray night and day, come what may.

For if it is his way, then it is the only way, I will not be alone again. I can see and can not be blind.
There is one definite, and it will not fade.

And Lo, there will be blow after blow...

Two evening ago I was asked by someone who I respect very much, why at the birth of Christ did God not step in and save all the other children that were killed? I could not give an answer except that simply I did not know. I felt that I had to explain to him the circumstances behind my relationship with the Lord. That I beleived and was content to be a disciple. When I got home I picked up the new Testament a random page and the question was answered.
Christ was telling the story of the landowner and the farm hands who were upset that those who did not start work till later in the day recieved the same pay as those who started in the morning.
Christ speaks of the great reverse, those at the end come first, and those at the begining come last.
The babes killed in the search for Christ would not of been victims, but victors, their deaths apart of scripture a prophecy come to pass, they were chosen for that reason, and if we put our stock in Heaven why then would we begrudge them an exsistence soley with the Lord above.

Amen

In This time of Calm...

Oh Lord in this time of calm I sit with you,
Oh Lord in this time of calm I talk to you,
Peace in my life to be shared,
Under You all is fair,
For there is calmness before the storm,
Oh Lord helpme to prepare.

Amen.

Thank You Lord
You are in me and all around me.
Amen
